Seeking a Wills & Estates Lawyer (Senior Associate) for a trusted law firm in Brisbane or Toowoomba.

About the position:

Our client is looking for a capable Senior Associate-level Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their growing team in either Brisbane or Toowoomba. This role offers the best of both worlds—autonomy over your files, and consistent support from experienced colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting complex wills and testamentary trusts
• Advising on powers of attorney and succession strategies
• Probate and estate administration
• Dispute resolution and family provision matters

You will have a broad and interesting client base, from high-net-worth individuals to family businesses, and will be encouraged to take a leadership role in the practice area.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ PAE in Wills & Estates
• Solid technical knowledge and file management skills
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management
• Experience mentoring or leading teams is advantageous
