Responsibilities

• Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.
• Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
• Take on a diverse case-load with work involving:
  • Estate Litigation
  • VCAT guardianship
  • Trusts & Superannuation
  • Administrative matters
  • Deceased estates
  • Succession Planning
  • Testator Family Maintenance claims
  • PoA & EPoA
• Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
• Minimum 6 billable hours per day
• Draft relevant legal documents for cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 Years PQE in Wills & Estates
• Attention to detail - quick learner with expert analysis and approach to cases.
• Ability to prioritize and manage matters effectively.
• Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.
